WikiLeaks Founder Julian Assange Arrested in London
After agreeing to meet with British police, WikiLeaks () founder Julian Assange was arrested on warrant from Sweden, which has accused Assange of sex-related crimes. WikiLeaks has vowed to continue releasing cables despite the arrest.
Malicious Goo.gl Links Spreading on Twitter ()
A large number of messages containing only the link “goo.gl/R7f68″ have appeared on Twitter today, redirecting the users to various malware-laden sites.
After More Than 24 Hours Offline, Tumblr Is Back
Tumblr () has returned to the web after a full day’s, err, vacation. The popular blogging/reblogging platform went down Sunday afternoon during a planned maintenance, but did not return as scheduled. The exact reasons for the outage are unknown, but Tumblr has mentioned database cluster issues.
